The ICICIC2008 (Dalian, China) is a continuation of ICICIC2006 (Beijing, China) and ICICIC2007 (Kumamoto, Japan). This conference will provide an excellent opportunity for academics, scientists, engineers and postgraduates to present new developments in the research areas of computing, information, system and control, address new challenges ahead, exchange ideas, and discuss future research directions. During the conference, ongoing collaborations will be further fostered, and new cooperative relationships could be established.
